But I think the personal touch with handwritten addresses and a personal line or two after the printed signature carries far more weight with customers or clients. Anyone can do a mass-mailing with printed labels and printed signatures…the effort a human touch gives can make all the difference in terms of perceived value and customer loyalty support.

I have lots of ideas and advice about sending company holiday cards on my blog…I got tired of seeing typos and machine addressed cards year after year and decided to offer better suggestions! Take a look, if you get a chance!
